The Company hereby announce the Disclosure of Information in connection with the mandatory tender offer that must be performed after the acquisition of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk by the Company, as regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on the Acquisition of Public Companies.

Mandatory Tender Offer is conducted upon the shares owned by the Entitled Shareholders (as described in the Disclosure of Information) in the maximum amount of 133,611,504 shares or approximately 9.89% of the total issued and paid-up capital of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk with the mandatory tender offer price of Rp4,067 per share.

The period of Mandatory Tender Offer is 30 days, commencing from 1 day after the announcement of this Disclosure of Information, starting from 09.00 AM on August 24, 2024 and ending on September 22, 2024 at 04.00 PM.
